May I return the product if I am not happy with it?

Yes, you have 15 days to return the product in its packaging and in perfect conditions if you do not like it. We will check it is ok once we receive it and we will return the amount you paid in maximum 20 days. All return expenses are per buyer's acocunt.

How can I be sure that I will receive what I bought?

You can make sure we will attend your order carefully and will have the guaranty of a company established in 1983 and based in Petrer (Alicante) Spain since then. Your confidence and satisfaction is our main goal.

Could I find in the Pepe Moll's online outlet the same products I saw in shop?

No, we only sell out of season items and counter samples which we have not sold to any of our customers (shops, stores, dept. stores, etc...)

Will Pepe Moll use my personal details for promotional or trading purposes?

No, we will only use you personal details for order processing. In any case we will provide your details to third parties or will ise them for promotional purposes. Also you are allowed to send a ask us to delete your data from our records by written and we will proceed accordingly.

Is shipment cost different depending on quantity?

No, it is the same extra cost for any quantity except for orders over 100 € shipped to Spain or 200 € shipped to the rest of countries in the EU, in which case shipping cost would be for free. 

Do I have to pay anything else as well as product price?

You have to pay only the transport cost which is the same amount for any quantity of bags except for orders over 100€ for Spain and 200€ for therest of european union which would have free shipping cost. 

Only for shipments to Spain, payment against delivery will have an extra cost. All of them detailed in the Shipments & Payments Menu. Shipments out of Spain can not choose payment against delivery.

May I get additional information about the bag I like?

Yes, just send a message to our customer service and we will answer to you shortly by providing all requested information.

What happen if I find fault on my bag?

If product fault is due to us we will take care of it by repairing or changing the product without cost for you. In any case this faults can be due to the usual use of the product.

Is the payment safe thorugh Outlet Pepe Moll?

Yes, it is totally safe since Pepe Moll in case case knows your credit card or bank details. In case you choose payment with credit card then you will be redirected to our bank's TPV system which is safe and certified and only accesible by the bank. In any case we  are informed by anyone about your payment details.

How long do I have to wait to received my purchase?

Deliveries within Spanish Peninsula will take bewtween 24 - 48 hrs if your order is received and paid before 15.00 hrs. If later, delivery time will increase in one day.

Deliveries to Baleraric Island and rest of European Union will take between 3 - 8 days depending on destination.

This timings could change due to causes out of our control like weather, laws or work capacity etc...

żAre there taxes or extra charges that wil lbe added to price?

No, prices are final selling prices and only transport expenses will be added. No other charges are applied.
