Payment and Shipment conditions
Payment terms
You can choose between the following ways of payment:
- Credit Card: Through virtual TPV
Visa, 4B, Mastercard and American Express are accepted - Payment against delivery (only available in Spain) - The purchase will be paid to the courier once in the moment that it is being delivered. It will have an extra charge of 5.00 €.
- Bank Transfer
- PayPal
If you have a PayPal account you can use it to pay the amount of your order.
Shipment
Shipments to Spain and Balearic Islands will be delivered by Envialia. Shipment cost of 5€ each shipment.
National orders over 100€ will have free shipping cost.
International shipments will be:
To the European Union will be delivered by UPS. Shipment cost will be 12€ per shipment. (Orders over 200€ will get free shipping cost.)
To USA and Canada will be delivered by FEDEX Express. Shipment cost will be 30 € per shipment. (Orders over 300€ will get free shipping cost)
PEPE MOLL will not be bear the cost of returns or aditional expenses due to taxes in destination or similar.
Delivery time
Orders will be delivered between 24 -48 hrs for national destinatons and 3-7 days for EU destinations after receiving payment confirmation. This time could be longer depending on stock availability and other circunstances beyond our control. In any case we will do our best to deliver in the shortest possible time.
Guaranty and returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you have a period of 15 days from delivery date to return the product.
To return the product it must be in perfect conditions and in its original packaging. Once we receive the returned item we will check it and if it is in good conditions we will proceed to reimburse the amount of the item through bank transfer.
Return expenses will be at customer's charge as well as any other expenses to return the item, like telephone calls, time spent in preparing the return etc...
Data Protection
CORMODE S.L. (PEPE MOLL) manages and mantains the files of its customers only to use them for trade purposes with them. In any case it will provide any information to third parties or will use them with advertising purposes as stated in the Spanish law Ley Orgánica 15/1999 de 13 de Diciembre, about administration of personal data. As customer of CORMODE S.L. you can exercise own's right of accesss, change, cancelation and oposition, informing us by sending a n e-mail to ventas@pepemoll.es.
