These Terms and Conditions are the only applicable terms and conditions and replace any other conditions, except in the event of a preceding cancelation, spoken and written. Pepe Moll may from time to time modify its Terms and Conditions. You are therefore advised to read the Terms and Conditions at each visit to the website Shop.pepemoll.es (hereinafter referred to as the "Portal").
Such modifications will be effective from the time of publication on the Internet and will not be applicable to any previously concluded contracts. Each purchase via the website will be subjected to the Terms and Conditions applicable at the time of the purchase order. When you place an order, you will be deemed to have read and accepted our Terms and Conditions without any reservation.
By accessing the Portal, you undertake to respect the Terms and Conditions as well as the Conditions of Use contained herein.

3. Product information
The products sold on the website www.pepemollbolsos.com are exclusively products of the brand PEPE MOLL. Products of other manufacturers are not being sold at this site.
4. Prices
The sales prices indicated on the Portal are shown in Euros (Prices include VAT), but do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs are for the account of the User and will be added to the total amount of the selected products when the purchase order has been placed. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time. However, we will apply the prices shown on the Portal at the time your order is placed.
5. Availability
Please take into account that orders will be shipped subjected to the limitations of available stock.
If any of the products you order is not in stock, we will send you an e-mail within 15 days from the date of your order to inform you about the cancellation of the order because of lack of stock and the compensation of the paid amount.
6. Shipping options
The products purchased at PEPE MOLL will be shipped to Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, as well as to any country un the European Union. The order will be shipped to the address indicated by you when making your purchase.
PEPE MOLL makes its best efforts to respect the delivery times indicated on the Portal. However, PEPE MOLL will not take responsibility for the consequences of any delay in the delivery or any loss of the package by any third parties, by yourself or due to unforeseeable or insuperable reasons or causes of Force Majeure.
We recommend you to check your package upon receipt to ensure that its contents conform to your order and that it is in perfect condition. If you are not satisfied with the enclosed products, upon receipt of the shipment you should sign for receipt and indicate in handwriting on the delivery note why the contents do not conform to your order.
We will only accept product returns in their original state, that is to say, in their original packaging, including their accessories and user instructions.
If you are not satisfied with the product, you can choose to send it back or to have the product repaired or replaced, unless the desired option generates a manifestly disproportionate cost in respect of another option.
We advise you that a delay of 24 hours in the shipment of your order is possible. For security reasons, PEPE MOLL verifies all the orders paid by bankcard.
In this case, you will be requested or required to provide additional details before your purchase can be accepted.
For this purpose and to avoid any delays in the shipment of your order, we ask you to please provide the following details when placing your order:

8. Secure payment
Customers of www.pepemollbolsos.com can use 3 different payment methods:

Your security is further protected thanks to the purchase protection programmes of PayPal and a specialised Customer Service.
- Credit/ Debit card (Visa, 4B, Master card) Their data are based by a virtual TPV by means of safe connection with the Terminal Virtual Point of sale (tpvv) of the bank. For it from the virtual store it will be sent this tpvv in which it will be able to introduce his data of safe form. PEPE MOLL only receives the confirmation of the bank of which the payment has taken place, not storing at no moment data regarding his number of card.
- Bank Transfer to our bank account within the 10 following days after placing the order.
9. Right to revoke the purchase. Satisfied or refunded
The User may return any product he/she is not satisfied with within fifteen (15) business days. Within this period, the User may return the product (the shipping costs will be for the account of the User).We request you to return any goods by certified mail or with insurance of the value of the product. This insurance, which you can contract with the transport company, will be necessary in case of deterioration or loss of the goods due to the transport company. In any case, the costs of the return, if any, are for the account of the consumer.
In accordance with this right of return, only products sent in their original packaging, in new and complete condition will be accepted. Products that are returned incomplete, deteriorated or soiled by the customer will not be accepted.
In case of a refund, if the product is returned within seven days (the post stamp will be proof of the date of return) from the delivery of the product at the customer's address, PEPE MOLL will issue a refund by bank transfer if payment was made with a credit card.
10. Returns
All the products sold may be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with the provisions of the Spanish Retail Trade Act (Ley de Comercio Minorista).
Prior to the return, the customer should inform PEPE MOLL of the intended return by e-mail. PEPE MOLL will respond by another e-mail, specifying the instructions for the return of the product.
The costs of return will be for the account of the customer.
The refund as a result of this return will be paid into the account of the customer within 15 days from receipt of the returned goods by Cormode s.l.
Refunds will not take place if the supplied products show evident signs of use.
The products must be returned with adequate protection, in their original packaging and in perfect condition (not damaged or soiled by the customer) with all the accessories, user instructions and documentation. The products must be sent to the place specified by PEPE MOLL according to the e-mail instructions for the return of products.
In the event that the return is not accepted by the supplier because of believe that the product intended to be returned has been used, the product or products will remain in the distribution warehouse to be collected by the customer within thirty days from their return.
Packages without any form of identification of the sender attached (order number, name, address?) cannot be accepted as returns.
The costs and risks related to the return of the product will be for the expense of the sender, who must send the products via a secure shipping method and with the necessary guarantees to ensure that the returned goods arrive in perfect condition.
The return of products will entitle the customer to a refund of the purchase price of the returned product or products. The refund does not include any delivery costs.
Anyone returning a product will receive an e-mail confirming the amount that will be refunded.
11. Guarantees and After-Sales Service
All the material sold on our web site is subjected to:
- the legal guarantee of conformity
- the legal guarantee for hidden defects
- the manufacturer?s guarantee, which varies in length and duration according to the products and brands.

The shipping costs of the product or products are for the account of the customer. Nevertheless, if the legal conformity guarantee is applicable to the returned product or products, all the costs deriving from such return will be reimbursed to the customer.

PEPE MOLL does not accept any responsibility for not fulfilling any of these Terms and Conditions in case of Force Majeure, as defined by the Spanish courts of law and in case of a customer fault or an unforeseeable fact attributable to a third party.
PEPE MOLL does not accept any responsibility for the consequences that may derive from inadequate use of the products sold on the Portal.
Although the characteristics of certain products may be compatible with professional use, PEPE MOLL is not a Portal intended for sale to professionals. Therefore, PEPE MOLL will not be responsible for any complaints related to professional activities.
14. Comments, Complaints, Communication
All opinions written by users of PEPE MOLL are monitored by the Marketing Team. If any received opinion infringes the law or any ethical or moral standards (abusive publicity, libel, insults, comments not related to the context?), PEPE MOLL reserves the right to reject or modify such opinions.
